Terms of Service

§01Acceptance of these terms

MyTradeWorld is operated as a software service (the “service”). By creating an account, importing data, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use MyTradeWorld.

§02What the service does

MyTradeWorld is a personal investment aggregation and performance tracking tool. It consolidates holdings you hold across a brokerage, retail treasury bonds, and investment or insurance funds into a single view. To do this, the service:

• imports the statements and transaction records you provide, then reconciles them into a ledger of transactions, holdings, and portfolios;
• values your holdings in Polish złoty (PLN), using third-party market prices and exchange rates;
• computes performance figures (such as returns) and an indicative Polish capital-gains (Belka) tax estimate.

The service is an analytical mirror of data you supply. It does not execute trades, hold your assets, move money, or connect to your brokerage or bank accounts.

§03Informational only, not advice

§04No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that figures are accurate, current, or complete.

Outputs depend on the data you import and on third-party prices and foreign-exchange rates, which may be delayed, revised, or incomplete. We are not liable for investment outcomes, losses, tax assessments, or decisions made in reliance on the service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited accordingly. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

§05Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy and completeness of the statements and data you import, and for keeping them up to date;
• the security of your account, including your credentials and the devices you use to sign in;
• using the service lawfully, and only for your own personal portfolio data or data you are authorised to process.

§06Accounts, suspension, and termination

You may delete your account at any time from the in-app Settings, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You can stop using the service whenever you wish.

We may suspend or terminate access if an account is used abusively, unlawfully, or in a way that threatens the integrity or security of the service. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice before doing so.

§07Data and privacy

Your personal and financial data is handled as set out in our Privacy & RODO Policy, which explains what we collect, why, the legal basis under RODO/GDPR, and the rights you can exercise. By using the service you acknowledge that policy.

§08Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
